Warranty Policy

1. Legal Warranty
All products sold by Lashia LTD benefit from:

  • The legal warranty of conformity (2 years from delivery within the EU, 6 years in the United Kingdom) as provided by applicable laws.

  • The warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code and UK/EU equivalents).

These warranties apply independently of any additional commercial warranties that may be offered.

2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers only:

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Failures or malfunctions not caused by misuse.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by incorrect use, unauthorized modification, or repair.

  • Impacts, drops, water immersion, or exposure to extreme conditions.

3. Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact our customer service at info@muranodeco.com providing:

    • Your order number.

    • A description of the defect.

    • Photos or videos showing the issue.

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours.
If the warranty claim is accepted, we will arrange:

  • A repair.

  • A replacement with a new product.

  • Or a refund if no other solution is possible.

4. Warranty Duration

  • Electronic products: 24 months within the EU, 6 years in the UK.

  • Accessories and parts: 12 months.

5. Costs
If the defect is covered by the warranty, Lashia LTD will cover return and shipping costs.
If the defect is not covered, costs will be borne by the customer.
